Job Summary

Mirth Films is seeking a multi-media Intern with a deep interest in original content creation such as producing article content, assisting on video shoots/live streams along with sharing content on social media platforms. The ideal candidate to Mirth Films is someone who has a deep passion for the multi-media field and is self driven to create on their own.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Writing article content for our website
• Assisting on video shoots/live streams
• Helping create behind the scenes VLOG style videos
• Flexible schedule with availability to attend events for coverage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research and learn about a wide range of topics
• Posting content to social media platforms
• Help brainstorm ideas for original content pieces

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills
• Minimal experience working with blog sites, such as WordPress
• Minimal video editing experience
• Experience working with video cameras/DSLRS
• Excellent creative writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with how the blogging world responds to the 24 hour news cycle
• Up to date with music/entertainment industry related topics
• Passion for live music and entertainment
• Collaborative skills
