It was a gorgeous early fall day here in the Capital Region. Not wanting to waste the opportunity to celebrate this in the outdoors with live music. Caffe Lena and SPAC organized an afternoon long music festival. The media sponsor was WEXT.

The music ranged from the NOLA based early Jazz /Folk of the Bad Penny Pleasuremakers, to the Colorado based bluegrass of the Cody Sisters, the spirited Italian folk music of Alla Boara, the slower paced singer/songwriter stylings of Addison Agen and an exciting ending with saxophonist, guitarist, singer writer Vanessa Collins and her crack blues band,

A lot of the folks in the area agreed. There was a large crowd that overflowed the viewing area of the Charles Wood Stage. People also had some crafts and booths to explore,

I am sure all are looking foward to this end of outdoor season festival next year.
