All That Remains kicked off their Spring 2026 US Tour, alongside Special guests Born of Osiris, and Dead Eyes at Empire Live on April 29th. The night unfolded like a perfectly paced storm, with each band building upon the last, turning an already charged room into something much more volatile, loud, and unforgettable. It has been since Megadeth’s Destroy All Enemies 2024 tour since the band has last hit the road.
Opening the bill, Dead Eyes wasted no time setting the tone for the rest of the night. From the moment they hit the stage, the crowd was already jam-packed and buzzing. Their set felt less like an introduction and more like an ignition. The band leaned heavily into crowd work and making the crowd get riled up and chant with the band. They were feeding off the audience’s energy and it was evident. It was a raw, hardcore performance that didn’t hold back, culminating in a chaotic pit that had even security visibly on edge.

Then came Born of Osiris, who turned that initial spark into a full-blown blaze. There was a palpable sense of nostalgia in the air as they took the stage, but this was no throwback act coasting on past success. Their energy was immediate and overwhelming—tight, aggressive, and technically sharp. The screams cut through the venue with precision, sounding as powerful live as they do on record. As soon as the stage risers came into play, it was clear things were about to escalate—and they did. The pits intensified, bodies moved faster, and the room itself seemed to vibrate. By the time they closed—likely with a wall of death or a massive mosh surge—the crowd had fully surrendered to the chaos.

Headlining the night, All That Remains stepped into a room already at its breaking point and somehow pushed it past its ceiling. The anticipation alone was electric, erupting the moment they launched into their set. It was a perfect blend of new and old songs, playing songs from all their discography. The band started the night with a newer track “Divine,” and took us right back in time to 2006 with the following track “Six.” It was a perfect push and pull as the performance had both depth and momentum. As they continued to energize the crowd they played into “Cut their Tongues Out,” “Not Alone,” and “Hold On.” For every song played, the crowd responding in kind- with constant movement, a lot of headbangs, fists and horns matched up with relentless crowd surfing, and an unfiltered intensity that matched the band’s presence on stage. The band continued to build on their set with each song hyping everyone playing more fan-favorites such as “This Probably Won’t End Well,” “Let You Go,” “The Last Time” and of course “Chiron.”

And as the set was coming to its climax, the band broke into a beautiful renditions of “The Air That I Breathe,” and “Fuck Love” which had transformed the venue into something a intimate, almost fragile moment, with flashlights in the air, the energy was felt from wall to wall. But it didn’t last long as the the band reeled in the crowd and was ready to give them what they came for. Lead Vocalist, Phil Labonte, breaks into a beautiful monologue where he shares how Albany held a special place in his heart as its the location where he played his first show in 1997 (with a different band) and continued to thank the crowd for spending their Wednesday night kicking off the tour with the band, rather than being on ” Fuckin’ Netflix, playing Xbox, and doing things we won’t talk about on the internet” and wanted everyone to give their all for the next few as these were some classics. And they did not disappoint. The band quickly reignited the frenzy, with their a few tracks all fans knew, his signature scream enters in perfect melody with the instrumentals as they gave the oldies “This Calling,” and “What If I Was Nothing” even encouraging the crowd to keep security “busy,” pushing the limits of the room’s endurance. The band Closed with another fan-favorite throwback “Two Weeks.” One thing we can all agree on is that All That Remains left nothing on the table and gave a performance to be remembered for years.
