The hopes and dreams of the 518 community were sought after by the staff and management of The Egg, Post it notes and a bulletin board were provided. There was plenty of feedback.

When visitors entered the hall, they were greeted by old analog sound and lighting boards, showing the Egg’s long glorious past. Stepping into the Kitty Carlisle Auditorium, was stepping into the Egg Now.

The open house featured complimentary hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, DJHollyW8D spinning tunes, the Good Karma Serialists and projections by B. A. Miele. Broadcast media was present to publicize this important event.

A wondrous grand opening. Now looking forward to welcoming back performing arts to the space.
