On Sunday March 9th Chatham Rabbits graced one of the area’s oldest and most revered listening rooms, Caffe Lena, with sweet soul filled music. Thoughtful lyrics, impeccable melodic chops and the kind of stage presence that makes your ears perk up and pay attention while you melt into your chair soaking up every note. Sarah is like a songbird in the morning dew and Austin matches that energy note for note. For two well laid sets the duo took the audience on a storied journey that rivaled a springtime walk in the woods with a couple of old pals. Joking and telling stories, winning over everyone in the room. They played a few older favorites. However, most of Sunday night was to showcase their new record, true to its name, Be Real With Me.
