Albany Comedy just announced ‘Comedy for Cody’, a fundraiser comedy show at Kitch-A-Vibe in Glens Falls, NY on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at 7pm. This show is produced and hosted by local comedian and producer, Kay Goutos (me).
On February 20th, 2025, Cody Jennings was in a tragic motorcycle accident in Arizona. Cody is a talented tattoo artist, a great friend, and a beloved member of the Glens Falls community. He is in need of help in his very long recovery after a critical injury to his leg.
Tickets to the show are $15 and can be purchased at the door. 100% of ticket sales and 10% of venue sales will be donated directly to Cody. There will be performances by me, Caleb White, Holly Viggiano, Padrick Smith, and Dan Geurin. A huge shoutout to these hysterical comics for donating their craft and time for this event.
The venue is an up-and-coming cafe in the heart of downtown Glens Falls. The food is glorious and the vibes are top-notch. A sincere thank you to owner and chef, Diana Kloepfer, for donating her beautiful space.
The community is coming together in various ways to raise money for this important cause and it’s wonderful to see how quickly things are coming together.
There will be a Flash Sale Tattoo Fundraiser at Andromeda Tattoo in Ballston Spa on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 from 12-5pm. This is being thrown by local tattoo artist, Katie Fox, and is super special as Cody apprenticed at this tattoo shop. All proceeds will go directly to him.
