The Hollow Bar + Kitchen has been one of the longest standing restaurant/venues on Pearl Street in Albany, NY becoming a mainstay for people in the area. Dora and Mike Philip used their combined experience and took over what was once the Bayou Cafe and improved upon the formula in many ways.
