On March 19th, Static X headlined Irving Plaza in New York, NY receiving support from Fear Factory, Mushroomhead and Dope selling out the venue. Most fans believed that the band died with Wayne. In 2019 something special happened. A spark was relit. Original band members Bassist Tony Campos, Guitarist Koichi Fukuda and Drummer Ken Jay decided to reunite with a new singer as a way to express their love and respect or Wayne and to keep his memory alive.

The band’s Rise of the Machine tour has been selling out left and right exceeding fans expectations. Static X’s tour continues through  slowly until it reaches the end on the west coast on April 17 in Scramento, CA.
