Annie in the Water has been reaching new heights as of lately getting good bookings and touring with the right bands. The act also has a new fresh of breathe with the return of drummer Joshua West. This solidified lineup also including Matt Richards, Brock Kuca, Chris Meier, Mike Lashomb and Brad Hester has been writing and developing new tunes to add to their extensive repertoire even including songs written from band members’ previous acts.

In early December, Soule Monde which if you did not know features members of Trey Anastasio Band brought Annie in the Water along for a three day run including a stop at The Essex Experience in Essex Junction, VT. This show for Annie in the Water was really a career spanning set featuring all the best of what they offer. One of the many highlights includes a sit-in from Dopapod’s Rob Compa on “In The Sand” a song written by Matt Richards while he was playing with Formula 5.
