Empire Live in Albany, NY filled up last Saturday night for an evening of indie-alt-rock by UK band Wolf Alice touring to support their album Blue Weekend! The band started their set full throttle with their 2021 hit “Smile” and offered the audience a mix of their best known songs as well as a selection from the new album. Wolf Alice (Ellie Rowsell, Joel Amey, Joff Oddie, and Theo Ellis) excel at showcasing their intense energy as well as Ellie Rowsell’s angelic voice.
