Tony Hawk really is a Superman. Over the weekend the legendary professional skateboarder made a visit to London by coincidence, The 900, were playing a cover set of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater themed music while in town the same night.

Out of nowhere, Tony Hawk appeared at the show which took place at Signature Brew and sat in with the band while they covered Goldfinger’s “Superman.” The 900 did not have any prior knowledge that “The Birdman” was going to make a stop at the concert cataching everyone by full surprise. According by Louder, while on stage, Hawk said “You guys having fun? How good are these guys? This is amazing. Thank you….I want to thank you all for coming out, and I want to thank these guys. It’s such an honor that there’s even a cover band for the songs in our games.”
