Leticia Bufoni made her come-up on the skateboarding scene nearly 10 years ago paving her own way along with creating a platform for women to follow in her footsteps. At this year’s X-Games, she was handed two Guinness Book of World Record certificates.
Bufoni’s first certificate was “Most Skateboard Street gold medals won at the X-Games” as a street female skateboarder with a total of 5 and “Most medals won in X-Games summer disciplines(female).”
The certificates were handed out by Guinness World Record’s adjudicator Hannah Ortman prior to the Men’s Street Finals X-Games competition in Vista, California. Throughout the 2010’s Leticia Bufoni has been a positive inspiration for all female skateboarders across the world showing that skateboarding is a sport for all walks of life no matter if you are male or female.
