The Joe Cirotti Trio and Hilltop kept the party alive at Empire Underground in Albany, NY playing to fans looking to keep the groove going after Twiddle’s Palace Theatre performance.
Hilltop is one of Albany, NY’s rising acts who keep proving themselves after every show they play. The band got to play to a new set of people winning them over almost immediately. Between guitarist Aris Nieuwkerk’s original sounding tone and unique percussion rhythms provided by brothers Stephen and Reid Perry, this band knows how to “Rock the House.”
Joe Cirotti and his Trio was up next to bat which featured sit-in’s from Grahame Lesh, Mihali and Elliot Peck. The highlight of the set had to be when the trio busted out with Van Halen’s “Hot For Teacher” which had Mihali on guitar.
