Gallery: The Seapods Reunite For 6 Sets Over Two Nights at The Hollow in Albany, NY
Members of the Ominous Seapods reunited for a two night run hosted at The Hollow in Albany, NY over the weekend giving longtime fans of the band what they desired. With people travelling into Albany, NY for the shows, it was a time to catch up with familiar faces from what seems to be a long time ago. The last time a Seapods formation happened was back in early 2020 right before the Covid-19 pandemic.
The band comprised of Max Verna, Tom Pirozzi, Brian Mangini and Ted Marotta were firing on all cylinders playing six sets over the two nights. Night 1 featured an acoustic set followed by two electric sets. Night 2 featured a bluegrass set along with two electric sets to close out the very memorable run. The band also had special guests on throughout the two nights.
While Ominous Seapods do not play out anymore, these intimate runs over recent years celebrating the music they created has been special to see happen. The music will always live on and can’t wait until the next time we get to see them out live. Check out photos from Night 2 of The Seagods at The Hollow in Albany, NY below:
