Annie in the Water have announced that they will be releasing a new studio album March 4th. The band comprised of Brad Hester(Guitar/Vocal), Michael Lashomb(Guitar/Vocal), Matt Richards(piano), Chris Meier(Bass), Ryan Trumbull(Drums) and Brock Kuca(Percussion) are calling it “Sun at Dawn” and are building up the energy with a bunch of tour date over the course of the winter.
The album was recorded directly to tape at Artfarm Recording and was mixed by Corey Hayward. The artwork was created by Tony Campono based on a picture taken by Matt Richards. “Sun at Dawn” was inspired by the bandmembers time separately at home, hanging in the Adirondack Mountains and being able to get back on the road. This will be the follow up album to 2019’s “Time To Play.”
Annie in the Water kicks off their tour with Eminence Ensemble at Buffalo Iron Works in Albany, NY on January 26th followed by a performance at Parish Public House in Albany, NY on January 27th. The band will also be making stops at Nectars in Burlington, VT on January 29th and the Portland House of Music in Portland, ME on January 30th.
