Robert Plant & Allison Krauss To Embark On First Tour In 12 Years

Led Zeppelin front man Robert Plant and singer/songwriter Allison Karuss have announced that they have been writing brand new music and are ready to go on their first tour in 12 years. The duo will be playing dates in seven countries in just over a month.

The last time Plant and Krauss wrote together, they created Raising Sand, a beautiful album that won a handful of awards in 2009. Their tour kicks off at CMAC in Canadaigua, NY on June 1st followed by a stop at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, NY on June 3rd. The group plays their last New York date at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, NY on June 4th before heading to Clarkston, MI for a show at DTE Energy Music Theatre.

Robert Plant and Allison Krauss continue their tour in the United States all the way through June 16th with a date at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park in Atlanta, GA. The tour wraps up in Berlin, Germany on July 20th at Citadel. The duo will be touring supporting their latest album Raise the Roof. 

Tickets for all United States performances are set to go on sale Friday, December 3rd at 10am ET. There will be a pre-sale starting Wednesday, November 24th as well.
