System of a Down Adds West Coast Dates To Fall 2021 Tour

System of a Down is on tour with Faith No More and Russian Circles this October and have just added a trio of Vegas and California shows to their run:

Oct. 15:  Las Vegas, NV – T-Mobile Arena
Oct. 16:  Fresno, CA – Save Mart Center
Oct. 18:  Oakland, CA – Oakland Arena

The shows will lead up to back to back performances, Oct. 22 and 23, at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. Korn and Helmet will also join for the LA stadium run, which was originally scheduled for May 2020 but rescheduled twice.

Tickets for the newly added shows go on sale Friday, Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. PT. Fans can also catch pre-sale tickets Wednesday, Aug. 11 at 10 a.m. PT.

System of a Down recently dropped their first new songs (“Protect the Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz”) in 15 years. The releases raised over $600,000 for the Armenia Fund, a humanitarian organization meeting the needs of the Republic of Armenia and the Artsakh Republic.

“We are overwhelmed with gratitude for your incredible support of our campaign for the people of Artsakh, and for donating to provide for those in dire need via the Armenia Fund. Because of you, we will be able to help displaced civilians, young and old, who are affected by the hideous war crimes inflicted upon Artsakh by Azerbaijan and Turkey,” the band said in a statement.
