Folk rock band The Sea The Sea performed at the City of Albany, NY’s Alive at 5 Concert Series July 14th as a support act for Amy Helm. The Troy, NY based duo were one of the busiest Capital Region bands during the Covid Pandemic not only producing high quality videos for their fans to watch, but also writing new material. At their Alive at 5 performance, The Sea The Sea played an unreleased song called “This is the Way,” an uplifting song about starting over. Watch them perform it below:
