Earlier this month, Capital Region based El Modernist performed aboard Dutch Apple Cruises in Albany, NY as part of the City of Albany’s Virtual Alive at 5 series. For those who don’t know of El Modernist, they are an alternative rock band with hip-hop elements. The group comprised of Will Fredette(Lead Vocals / Rhythm Guitar), Will Hahn(Drums / Rapper), Taylor MacMillan(Lead Guitar), and Joe DeTillio(Bass / Backing Vocals) are the real deal and a band to keep an eye out for.
