During the city of Albany, NY’s Virtual Tulip Festival, the Office of Cultural of Affairs welcomed many Capital Region musicians to perform sets for fans of music to watch online. One of the musicians was local favorite Girl Blue. The city shut down the bridge within Washington Park to allow her to play an intimate acoustic set.
