Brandon “Taz” Niederauer Performs National Anthem at AFC Championship Game
Last night on the NFL’s AFC Championship playoff game, the young guitar wizard Brandon “Taz” Niederauer performed the National Anthem that was televised for the whole country to watch. Niederauer performed the National Anthem with perfection, adding his own distorted flavor to the beloved song. There was a limited attendance at Chief’s Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO who will be playing in the super bowl for the second year in a row, this time facing off Tom Brady and the Buccaneers.
“Taz” is not shy of playing in front of a national audience. From his time on cast on the Broadway School of Rock, including playing the National Anthem for the Chicago Cubs along with performing a set for a New York Knicks game, it was apparent he was destined to be one of the greats. Moving into his later teenage years, he has proven he can write and perform at a top notch level and hang with legendary guitarists.
