The Car Wash gap in downtown Los Angeles, CA is one of the most iconic skateboarding spots and this past year, professional skateboarder Milton Martinez kickflipped into and eventually won Thrasher Magazine’s Skater of the Year award. The story behind what he went through is quite the story. This is truly one of the biggest wars a skateboarder had to go through to land trick.
