Coming fresh off of Phish’s New Year’s Run at Madison Square Garden, Trey Anastasio and his band kicked off their two night run at the Capitol Theatre over the weekend playing a selection of songs from spanning from Ghosts of the Forest, covers including The Beatles “I’m Down,” and of course some good old Phish/TAB songs. This batch of shows in Port Chester, NY were the tour opener and it continues this weekend in California with a show at The Observatory North Park in San Diego, CA on January 16th and a two night run at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on January 17-18th.
