City and Colour, Danny Brown to Release New Music In October

Another month, another slew of new releases. The end of September saw the release of breakout rap star DaBaby’s release Kirk, twin indie rockers Tegan and Sara release Hey, I’m Just Like You and Noel Gallagher’s (formerly of Oasis) High Flying Birds drop their This Is The Place EP. With October right around the corner, a ton of new music is about to be set free into the universe. Prepare your earholes.

Friday, October 4th will see the release of City and Colour’s (Dallas Green of Alexisonfire’s side project) A Pill For Loneliness, as well as rap veteran Danny Brown’s uknowwhatimsayin. Punk rockers The Menzingers will be releasing Hello Exile, Mika will be dropping My Name Is Michael Holbrook, and SCARLXRD’s IMMXRTALISATIXN will hit shelves and streaming. Wilco is also dropping Ode to Joy on this Friday that is chock-full of new tunes.

October 11th will see the release of BABYMETAL’s Metal Galaxy and Wale’s Wow… That’s Crazy. October 18th has Electric Guest’s Kin, Foals’ Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Pt. 2, and Jimmy Eat World’s Surviving scheduled to drop. October 25th is full of new music as well, with FKA Twigs releasing Magdalene, Brooke Candy dropping Sexorcism, and Cigarettes After Sex unleashing Cry. Harry Connick Jr.’s True Love: A Celebration Of Cole Porter, Neil Young & Crazy Horses’ Colorado, Sun O)))’s Pyroclasts and Rex Orange County’s much anticipated Pony will all also be available on October 25th.
