The 2019 Lark Festival took place over the weekend on Lark Street in Albany, NY. The closed off street event filled up with residents and students in the Capital Region including tons of food and craft vendors for everyone. This was the 38th year of the event and draws about 50,000 people each year. Check out photos from the event below:
