Quiet Riot Rocks Alive at 5 in Albany, NY
Hair band legends Quiet Riot headlined the city of Albany, NY’s Alive at 5 concert series at Jennings Landing. The past two Alive at 5 shows were held at the rain location, but the sun was shining and concert goers filled up the Jennings Landing Amphitheater to bang their heads to some classic rock. Opening for Quiet Riot was Bad Mother, a rock band based out of Albany.
They played a unique version of Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love” which brought up the energy getting the crowd ready to feel the noise. Sponsors for this week’s Alive at 5 included Decrescente Distributing, Q103 and Barefoot. Quiet Riot played many of their hits including “Come on Feel the Noise” and “Bang Your Head.” Alive at 5 takes a week off next week in honor of Independence Day and returns on July 11th with headliner, Culture.
