Cold Lazarus & Witty Tarbox Show Shawbucks How It’s Done
Saturday May 4, Shawbucks in Jamestown hosted two of Western NY’s hottest bands. Buffalo’s Witty Tarbox and Jamestown’s Cold Lazarus teamed up for a night of rhythmic, funky grooves. Cold Lazarus opened the show with fan-favorite “Butterflies,” grooving through a set of originals, one of which featured a sit in with Seth Bykowski (Witty Sax) and a funky cover of Madonna’s “Material Girl.”
Witty Tarbox took the stage and got the crowd grooving with “Pabst Blue Rhythm,” followed by “Pyramid” and the ever-popular “Trevor.” Witty Tarbox is known for their fun stage presence and this night the band had a blast, this vibe coming through in the music.
