Formula 5 performed two career spanning sets leaving fans happy and satisfied. They started the show off with “Pedro” off their sophomore album Edging On Catastrophe with a smooth transition into Albatross. Next was “Nu- Gen,” which then led into a standout “Birch Tree.” This was followed by “Sad Bed” off the All Points North album which ended up going back into “Nu-Gen.” Set 2 began with a drum solo from founding member Greg Marek leading right into “Come Along” which is sang by keyboardist Matt Richards. “In The Sand” was up next which was written by Richards as well. It is a newer song of theirs and starts off but ends on a high note every time. Formula 5 finished off the second set with fan favorite “Hot Box” off their first album. The group did a special 2 song encore off what might be their some of their greatest tunes, “Breaking Glass” and finally ending with “Gettin’ Tough Again.”
