Rubblebucket Makes Their Return to Albany,NY
Capital Region concert goers were treated this week to Rubblebucket on a Thursday night. The Brooklyn based indie band, played Jupiter Hall in Albany, NY located inside Lucky Strike Social. The event was put on by beloved alternative music radio station, 102.7 WEQX. The opening band was alternative rock group, And The Kids. The band was only made up of a guitarist/singer and a drummer. The band put on an awesome show and got the crowd ready for some Rubblebucket. The singer even played her guitar backwards at one point wowing fans.
Rubblebucket played after And The Kids. Watching them is like seeing a broadway play. You can tell they want to create a unique experience for you. They opened up with the song “What Life Is” which is off their new album. Lights and dancing play a huge part in the Rubblebucket performance, creating a cool synth pop Brooklyn feel. I highly recommend that when this band is in town, you go and check them out.
