Albany, NY’s Alive at 5 concert series kicked off on a high note with emo night featuring Hawthorne Heights and Bad Luck. With rain being a concern, the show took place at the alternative location under i787 which filled up fast and early for opening band Bad Luck.
Hawthorne Heights has been leading the emo wave for nearly 20 years and at Alive at 5 showed no signs of slowing down. In fact the band is getting ready for their massive Is For Lovers Festival featuring a stacked lineup of all your favorite pop-punk and hardcore music. The closest place to catch the travelling festival is on September 17th at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA also featuring Rise Against, Alkaline Trio and more.
