moe. announced today that they will be hosting Midnight Sun Run, a special three night run taking place in Reykjavik, Iceland from August 5th-7th. That is not all, the will also be bringing along Dopapod and Aqueous as well.
The band will be holding the performances at Eldborg Hall located in Harpa Center. To make things easy for fans, moe. has partnered with IcleandAir to allow for a 10% discount on flights via promo code “midnightsun.” The discount will be available leading up to the event. In a press release, bassist/frontman Rob Derhak stated:
“We are beyond excited to play a series of shows in this truly unique location. I’ve been lucky enough to touch down in Iceland for an extended layover, and was completely blown away by the diverse landscape, and warm people…Finally after 10 years or so I’ll be fulfilling one of my dreams to make it back there for more than 16 hours. We are thrilled to be able to share this experience with all of you folks. See you all in the land of Midnight Sun, this August.”
