Bill & Ted 3 is finally on it’s way. After 27 years the franchise continues with Bill & Ted Face The Music and it’s something to be excited about. Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves) are now middle aged friends with families who are still trying to fulfill their rock and roll destiny by writing “the greatest song ever”. That’s when a visitor from the future arrives to tell them that the fate of the universe is in their hands. As they travel through time they will be accompanied by their daughters, a few new historical figures, and some musical legends.

With the original writers (Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon) onboard, you can be assured that this is a true to form Bill & Ted movie and not another reboot. And to see what Bill and Ted have been doing since we last saw them already sounds funny to me. Winter and Reeves said in a statement “We couldn’t be more excited to get the whole band back together again, Chris and Ed wrote an amazing script, and with Dean at the helm we’ve got a dream team!”

It may be some time till the movies all done and ready to be seen but the wheels are in motion! Check back for updates, and as Bill would say, “Be excellent to each other”!
